Regular polish applications may last in duration from 1 to 7-days depending on several factors specific to the client including: client lifestyle, client health and following of maintenance instructions. Head to Toe Salon does NOT guarantee the longevity of ANY regular polish product once your appointment has been completed due to the varying factors explained above and the formulation and manufacturer’s instructions on regular nail polish.
We offer complimentary fixes for gel polish within 7 days of the service completion.
Once services are rendered, paid for, or once you leave the salon – we DO NOT issue refunds.
If you’re not happy with your color or service for any reason, we ask that you mention it to your nail tech or the Guest Services Coordinator DURING your service so service can be re-performed.
Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Also not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift certificates can only be used on services, NOT including tips.
We accept all forms of credit cards payments. For gratuity, we favor allowing clients tipping in cash.

Appointments can ONLY be booked through our website www.h2tsalon.com/services, hotline 504-456-6877, or directly in the salon. Please do not ask/text/call any technician to book for they do not have control over appointments.
* Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
* Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
* Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
* Anyone visibly intoxicated.
* Rude, mean, or disrespectful people.
* Other reasons deemed necessary.
Please address any health conditions to nail tech prior to, so services can safely be performed.
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please let us know immediately. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment if you think you may have an allergic reaction. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates. See our refund policy.
